Shipping & Returns




Shipping:
A tracking number is sent to the email provided. Preferred shipping carrier is USPS 'Priority Mail' a 1-3 day service for domestic orders.
All shipping fees are non-refundable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from MASSESS we are no longer responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.
To CALCULATE the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@massess.com to request a “Status Check” in order to locate your package.
 
International Orders:
The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country’s laws and regulations. MASSESS reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. MASSESS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be canceled or withdrawn, but if the cancellation has been approved internally, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
 
Returns:
MASSESS will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange within 90 days from date of delivery.
